RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 48 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. Notice of withdrawal is sent to destek@mahalle360.com.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction.

ENTRY INTO FORCE

This agreement enters into force upon completion of payment.
