merhaba.io provides a curated deal-flow platform. Investor memberships include access to startup profiles, direct founder contact, and exclusive D-TR deal flow. Startup listings are free of charge for verified Turkish companies.

3. Teknopark & Tax Information

Information about Turkish Teknopark zones and associated tax advantages (up to 20 years corporate tax exemption) is provided for informational purposes only. Individual tax situations vary — consult a qualified tax advisor before making investment decisions.

4. No Investment Advice

merhaba.io is not a licensed financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. All investments carry risk including total loss of capital.

5. No Obligation

Listing on merhaba.io or connecting with a startup or investor creates no legal obligation for either party. merhaba.io facilitates introductions only.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Investor memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (EU Withdrawal Right). After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
