merhaba.io is an investment network platform connecting Turkish Teknopark startups with global investors. The platform is operated by ÜMİT KOPDUR.

2. Service Description

merhaba.io gives investors access to curated startup profiles, founder contact, and monthly D-TR deal flow. Listing a startup is free of charge for Turkish companies.

3. Teknopark and Tax Information

Information about Teknopark zones (corporate tax exemption of up to 20 years) is provided for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified tax advisor regarding your individual tax situation.

4. Not Investment Advice

merhaba.io is not a licensed investment advisor. No content on the platform constitutes investment advice. All investments carry risk, including the total loss of capital.

5. No Obligation

Connecting with others or creating a listing on the platform creates no legal obligation.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Investor memberships may be cancelled with a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund is issued for the current period.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
